Volunteers are needed to assist at our second hot meal program of the year on Monday, April 4th, at the Hospitality Center (located at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 614 Main Street). Our menu for this event: TBD Food can be dropped off at church parking lot from 3:30 until 3:45 pm or at the Hospitality Center after 4:00 pm. Volunteers are also needed to arrive at 4:00 to help serve at 4:30 pm. Holy Hours are the Roman Catholic devotional tradition of spending an hour in Eucharistic Adoration in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. At St. Mary by the Lake for the entirety of Lent, the Church will be open from 8am-7:00pm on Thursdays, for individuals to come and spend some quiet time in prayer. Participants are invited to bring some sacred reading or devotional prayer to follow in this time of sacred silence. No Greater Love: A Biblical Walk Through the Passion
No Greater Love is a biblical pilgrimage that reveals Christ’s amazing love for us guiding participants through the last hours of Christ’s life. You will walk step-by-step with Jesus from the garden of Gethsemane to Mount Calvary. Experience a deeper understanding and appreciation of God’s immeasurable and unconditional love for you—grow closer to Jesus than you ever have before.
